Phidea Srl, a full-service and clinical research (CRO), announced the completion of the merger with Marvin Research Srl, a CRO focused on clinical trials from Phase I and Phase IV.
The new company will be called Phidea Marvin Srl, and will be operational and legal offices in Milan (Italy). The combined company will continue operations at its offices in Madrid (Spain), providing drug development services for companies who need a single source of clinical research, including design and administration of clinical trials in Europe (Phase I - III) and post-marketing studies (Phase IV). The services offered by the new company will include all aspects of the processes of clinical trials, including protocol design, regulatory issues, site selection, clinical monitoring, data management, statistical analysis and medical writing. The trials and observational epidemiological follow-up.
