October 31, 2008 - METTLER TOLEDO Safeline, the worldwide leader in metal detection equipment and X-ray inspection, introduced Tablex 2 metal detector to detect metal contaminants in pharmaceutical and nutraceutical tablets in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices.

There are several ways of introducing physical contaminants in pharmaceuticals and nutraceuticals, for example, through raw materials suppliers, broken or crushed mixing blades, damaged screens and sieves and process modeling of capsules and tablets as metal on metal. Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) need to have protection product inspection in critical control points in the process, including the Board of mixing / grinding, the Board of tablets and final packaging areas.

Designated projects typically involve many varied complex features concerning the coordination and management of functional, technical, and administrative project aspects and leading project delivery teams (PDTs). Examples of projects include, but are not limited to: design build and design bid build construction and renovation projects (including Medical Facilities), facilities equipment and furniture purchases, range and training land upgrades, ordnance/environmental clean up actions, and remedial investigations.
