The children of today can build your own toy chemical plant. The company BridgeStreet Toys makes a game called "hydrodynamic building set", which contains parts to assemble functional miniature plants, including tanks, pumps, valves, supporting structures, etc.
The creators, Carol and Paul Flack are chemical engineers and based on a Kenner company called "Girder & Panel building set", which was sold in the late 50s. This course was discontinued and was highly sought by collectors.

Rohm and Haas Company has recently met several of his clients, industry partners and government representatives to discuss joint opportunities for developing sustainable products for the future. As part of this unique round table brought together representatives from business, industry and government, all parties have demonstrated a strong desire for cooperation and an enthusiastic commitment to meet the challenges offered by sustainability.
In the opening speech by Timo Mäkelä, head of sustainable development and integration within the steering committee for the environment of the European Commission has noted the growing need to convert the challenges of sustainable economic opportunities through innovation.

The CESL Copper Process begins with a slight grinding (not shown in the diagram) of the concentrate before being transferred to the pressurized oxidation circuit. The Pressure Oxid-ation, the autoclave is fed with the concentrate re-grind, along with recycled acid and oxygen at a temperature and pressure. The copper minerals oxidize rapidly under these conditions and result in basic copper sulfate (solid), hematite and elemental sulfur.
Generally copper concentrate obtained is not soluble.
The sludge obtained Pressurized Oxidation, release the pressure, causing an instant cooling of the same reducing its temperature before being filtered. The filtrate is again led to the beginning of the process and the solids are leached in Solvent Extraction Circuit acid recycling (primarily refined). Any amount of copper solution trapped in solids leachate is recovered in the wash circuit, using the secondary refining neutralized from Solvent Extraction. Without the presence of precious metals, washing the residue is combined with the mill tailings for disposal.
