Ingenuity Systems announced a multi-year agreement with AstraZeneca. AstraZeneca plans to expand the use of IPA in their research and discovery to get a deeper domain knowledge of routes and objectives related to the disease.
As part of the agreement, researchers from AstraZeneca plan to exploit the application of analytical models to generate biological data analysis and reliably respond to the sophisticated chemical and biological issues in its effort to identify and advance promising targets.
The results generated in IPA can be shared easily between computers, so that researchers can work together to make more informed decisions. "IPA is an extensive platform for understanding and communicating the dynamic behavior of complex biological systems," said Dr. Ian Dix, principal computer scientist for AstraZeneca. "IPA can support a wide range of research objectives in our discovery of biomarkers and targets, including providing an overview of the efficiency objective, and farmacobilidad increasingly toxicity. The richness and contextual nature of the content is important to us because it provides a detailed insight into the molecular basis of disease, critical in the decision making process of drug discovery. "
